Device and log data: our hosting provider collects information such as your IP address, browser type and settings, and the time of your request, because it is in our legitimate interests to maintain the security, availability, and integrity of our Services. Our website does not currently set cookies or use analytics or advertising technologies.

What we receive from third parties. We may receive personal information from service providers that help us operate our Services, including hosting, email, and security providers. We may also collect information that is publicly available on the internet.

Our Services are not intended for or directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about them. If you believe we have unknowingly done so, please email us and we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete it.

10. Additional U.S. state disclosures

Some U.S. states, including California, require additional disclosures about the personal information we collect and how we use or disclose it. Over the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (such as name, email address, IP address, and device information), internet and similar network activity information, and geolocation data inferred from IP address. We use this information to communicate with you, to provide, analyze, and improve our Services, to prevent fraud or illegal activity, to comply with our legal obligations, and to protect the safety and security of our Services. We disclose it to service providers in order to operate our Services and to governmental or regulatory bodies to comply with applicable law.

We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, nor have we done so in the prior 12 months. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Mimetic Machines Labs, Inc. is incorporated in the United States and our team works internationally. If you use the Services outside your country of residence, the information we collect from you may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries outside your country of residence, which may have data protection rules that differ from those of your country of residence. Where we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
